Spend your vacation on a traditional South Tyrolean farm, located on a sunny alpine plateau at the entrance of the Pusteria Valley. The farm Niederhäusererhof lies at an altitude of 1,100 meters above sea level on the Pusteria Valley “Sonnenstraße” (Sun Road). Above the forested hills, the jagged limestone peaks of the Dolomites rise, and on the horizon you may spot the distinctive peaks of the Sesto Sundial.

The farm Niederhäusererhof welcomes you with four comfortably furnished holiday apartments in Falzes. The units offer space for 2-6 persons and are fully equipped. In addition to a bedroom, the apartments on the farm offer a spacious eat-in kitchen and a bathroom equipped with shower and toilet. Outside there is a playground and a large lawn where our youngest guests may play and romp freely. The farm Niederhäusererhof with its many animals is a true paradise for children. The kids are welcome to help with farm or field work and cuddle our rabbits, cats and ponies.

Our farm is the ideal starting point for exploratory excursions into the South Tyrolean Pusteria Valley. The medieval castle Schöneck, the Outdoor & Fun Park KRONaction and the Lake Issengo during the summer months offer charming destinations. On our farm, you may rent bicycles, in order to explore the mountains or to take a ride on the Pusteria Bike Path along the valley. In the winter, the ski area Plan de Corones with its 105 km of slopes is the heart of sporting activities. The winter sports area offers six different downhill slopes and is located ten kilometres from the farm Niederhäusererhof.
